Email

Write from the email address of your Acriority account when your message is about your account, so we can tell it is you. Never send us your password.

Common questions

I forgot my password

On the Acriority sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter your email address. If an account exists for it, you receive an email with a link. Open it on the phone where Acriority is installed to choose a new password. The link works once, for 30 minutes. Changing the password signs out every device.

I did not receive the email

Check your spam or junk folder, and that you typed the address of your account. Emails come from the acriority.com domain.

How do I get a copy of my data?

In the app: Settings → Export my data. You receive a file with your account, everything you created and your full history.

How do I delete my account?
