Acriority

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-09-01

1. Who we are

Acriority ("the Service", "we") is a personal goal and task management application with progression mechanics, operated by an individual based in Israel. You can reach us at support@acriority.com.

2. What the Service is

Acriority lets you organize life areas, goals and quests, record what you did (including honestly recording what you didn't manage), and see your progress as experience points, levels, attributes and a personal journey. Progression reflects your real recorded activity.

The Service is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed as the product develops. Changes to the progression rules apply going forward; we do not retroactively rewrite your history to change what you have already earned, except to correct an error or abuse.

3. Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, when you create an account. Each document is versioned. If we publish a materially changed version, the app will ask you to review and accept it before continuing normal use; your data is not deleted or lost while acceptance is pending.

4. Your account

5. Your content

Content you create in the Service — the names of your areas, goals and quests, and any reflections you write — is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to store your content, compute your progression, sync it between your devices, and display it back to you. We do not use the text of your content for analytics or advertising, and we do not sell it (see the Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for the content you store. Do not store content that is unlawful for you to hold or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge during early access. We aim to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue the Service; if we discontinue it, we will make reasonable efforts to give you advance notice so you can request a copy of your data. If paid features are introduced, they will be introduced under updated Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design and branding — belongs to the operator. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose, and no other rights in the Service.

9. Disclaimers

Acriority is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and your progression data is a reflection of what you chose to record, not an assessment of you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version. Material changes require your renewed acceptance in the app before continuing normal use. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded.
